Guidance Recommendations
The Ministry of Health’s Drug Advisory Committee has recommended:
Axicabtagene ciloleucel suspension for intravenous infusion for treating patients 18 years of age and above with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma after two or more lines of systemic therapy, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma, high grade B-cell lymphoma, and DLBCL arising from follicular lymphoma.
Funding status
Axicabtagene ciloleucel suspension for intravenous infusion is recommended for inclusion on the MOH Cell, Tissue and Gene Therapy Product (CTGTP) List for the abovementioned indication from 1 August 2025.
Axicabtagene ciloleucel should be used in line with the additional clinical criteria listed in the Annex.
