Guidance Recommendations
The Ministry of Health’s Drug Advisory Committee has not recommended durvalumab consolidation therapy for inclusion on the MOH List of Subsidised Drugs for treatment of patients with limited-stage small-cell lung cancer whose disease has not progressed following platinum-based chemoradiation. The decision was due to the pricing and price-volume arrangement proposed by the company.
Clinical indication, subsidy class and MediShield Life claims eligibility for durvalumab are provided in the Annex.
