Guidance Recommendations

The Ministry of Health’s Drug Advisory Committee has not recommended nivolumab in combination with ipilimumab for inclusion on the MOH List of Subsidised Drugs for treating unresectable or advanced hepatocellular carcinoma in patients who have not received prior systemic therapy. The decision was based on nivolumab in combination with ipilimumab being unlikely to represent an acceptable use of healthcare resources at the prices proposed by the company.
