ACE Repository for Clinical Guidelines
ARCG is a resource library housing all ACE Clinical Guidelines (ACGs) developed by ACE, alongside other high-quality local guidelines (non-ACGs) methodologically validated by ACE. Guideline developers may register their interest to have their clinical guidelines considered for inclusion, where they will undergo methodological validation against ACE’s Guidelines for Guidelines (G4G) standards. Local guidelines validated by ACE will carry an official “Guidelines for Guidelines Method Validated” seal (Fig. 1) on their cover page, reflecting adherence to established guideline development standards, enhancing credibility and adoption potential within the healthcare community. ACE’s methodological endorsement does not constitute endorsement of the recommendations or contents for guidelines developed without ACE or MOH involvement.

ACGs serve as the primary reference for clinical management in Singapore's healthcare system and can inform the standard of care (i.e. the treatment and level of care that is considered reasonable and appropriate by medical experts in respect of a given condition). Our guidelines, developed through rigorous evidence review and multi-disciplinary expert group inputs, may inform healthcare policy decisions and funding frameworks, and may have other system-wide implications.
Benefits of inclusion
Guidelines that undergo methodological validation against ACE’s G4G standards and included in ARCG will be conferred the following benefits:
Enhanced credibility: Gain official recognition within the healthcare community for adhering to established standards for high-quality clinical guideline development through the G4G seal
Wider reach: Leverage ACE’s network and communication channels to extend the visibility of your guideline
Support and guidance: Access touchpoints and advice from ACE, including strategic guidance on key development milestones or challenges (subject to availability)
