ACE Repository for Clinical Guidelines
ARCG is a resource library for high-quality, locally developed clinical guidelines. It includes ACE Clinical Guidelines (ACGs) and ACE Clinical Recommendations (ACRs) developed by ACE, as well as clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) developed by external parties and methodologically validated by ACE.
Developers of external CPGs may register their interest for inclusion in ARCG. Eligible CPGs, undergo methodological validation against ACE’s Guidelines for Guidelines (G4G) standards. Those that meet the standards carry the “Guidelines for Guidelines Method Validated” seal (Fig. 1), signifying adherence to established guideline development standards. ACE’s methodological endorsement does not constitute endorsement of the recommendations or contents for guidelines developed without ACE or MOH involvement.

ACGs and ACRs serve as the primary reference for clinical management in Singapore's healthcare system and can inform the standard of care (i.e. the treatment and level of care that is considered reasonable and appropriate by medical experts in respect of a given condition). ACGs and ACRs, developed through rigorous evidence review and multi-disciplinary expert group inputs, may inform healthcare policy decisions and funding frameworks, and may have other system-wide implications.
